Commercial Site Inspector app for iPhone and iPad

The Commercial Site Inspector (CSI) is the commercial site inspection solution designed by professionals for professionals. Leave your clipboard and camera at home while you perform, review and finalize inspections directly on your iPad.

The intuitive interface is designed so that over 90% of the input fields are dropdown selection boxes so you can efficiently, easily, and safely record information in the App in real time while on site. As a native iPad App, all the functionality and components of the app remain regardless of Internet connectivity:

•Easily swipe between inspection fields to enter data;
•Take pictures and create captions;
•Capture Standard, Hybrid and Satellite Map Images;
•Enter Deferred Maintenance items; and
•Take voice notes in the Narrative subsections (new iPad only).

When you are ready to finalize a report, choose up to fifty (50) Photos and the regional, local and aerial Maps you would like to include. Once you are back in wireless range, a PDF copy of the finalized report can be delivered directly from the iPad to you, your client and/or another email recipient, all without ever returning to your computer. We can also integrate our system into your servicing platform through CSI InfoConnect, which carries data directly from the inspector’s fingertips in the field to your platform.

The App works in conjunction with CSIs web based interface. All inspection data entered on the iPad is synced to the CSI secure database and can be accessed through your CSI Account. Via the web portal you can:

•Review and revise reports prior to finalization;
•Manage your current and past assignments;
•Initiate multiple properties through CSV upload;
•Initiate new property inspections and copy completed reports to start a new inspection afresh;
•Brand your reports with a corporate logo;
•Link with your clients and sub-consultants;
•Assign received report requests to sub-consultant inspectors; and
•Advertise your inspection services in the CSI Commercial Marketplace.

There is no charge for creating a CSI Account, downloading the App and syncing and storing your data.
